Pulsarc: Singularity — Privacy Policy

Publisher: Clerk Interactive  •  Effective date: [INSERT DATE BEFORE PUBLISHING]  •  Contact: dev@clerkinteractive.com

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulsarc: Singularity (the “Game”), published by Clerk Interactive (“we”, “us”), handles information when you play it on mobile devices.

1. Summary

2. Information the Game collects directly

None that identifies you. The Game stores gameplay data (best score, coins, owned/selected cosmetics, and your settings) locally on your device using the operating system’s app storage. This data is not transmitted to us and is removed when you uninstall the Game.

3. Information collected by third-party services

Advertising — Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads

The ad-supported (free) version uses Google AdMob to show rewarded and interstitial ads (and, if enabled, a menu banner). To serve and measure ads, Google and its ad partners may collect and process information such as your advertising ID (AAID), device and app information, coarse/approximate location inferred from IP address, and ad-interaction and diagnostics data. This data is processed under Google’s own policies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Rewarded ads are always optional and player-initiated (e.g. watch to continue a run or to double earned coins). Choosing not to watch never blocks gameplay; rewarded ads never affect score or fairness.

Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland)

Where required, we present a consent message via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before personalized ads are served. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy / Consent Settings inside the Game. You may also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device’s system settings.

Purchases — Google Play Billing

If you buy Remove Ads, the transaction is handled entirely by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card or financial details. The Game stores only a local entitlement flag indicating whether ads are removed, and verifies ownership with Google Play.

Analytics

This version of the Game does not send analytics data to us or to a third-party analytics provider. If a future version adds analytics, this policy and the Google Play Data Safety section will be updated to describe it before it is enabled.

4. How information is used

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information processed for ads is shared with Google and its advertising partners as described above. Purchase processing is shared with Google Play. We otherwise do not share data with third parties.

6. Children’s privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience (suitable for ages 10 and up) and is not directed primarily at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it. Where the Game is distributed to younger audiences, ad partners are configured for the appropriate child-directed treatment.

7. Data retention

On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data processed by Google for ads/purchases is retained according to Google’s policies.

8. Security

The Game transmits no personal data of its own. Data handled by Google’s SDKs is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. Your choices & rights

10. How to contact us / request deletion

Email dev@clerkinteractive.com. As the Game does not create accounts, there is no server-side profile to delete on our side; we will help with device-data and ad-identifier questions.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game or its third-party SDKs change. The “Effective date” above will be updated, and material changes will be reflected here at https://clerkinteractive.com/pulsarc-privacy.
